In Memoriam: The world which credits what is done is cold to all that might have been

This old oak is in my yard greeting me everyday with his gnarled branches. It has seen seen the world change from its position near the road. The tree guy estimated it was about 120 years old. I hope I can always remember my reverence for this wise, delicate behemoth.
